Shipping
Shipping and Delivery
At Feli Club, we prepare and ship orders from our associated warehouses in Spain and internationally, depending on the destination country.
After confirming your purchase, we need up to 24 business hours to prepare your order before proceeding with its dispatch. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other selected international destinations.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, before finalizing the order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.
As a general reference:
Peninsular Spain: 24/48 hours to 5 business days, depending on the selected method.
Balearic and Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days. In the Canary Islands, delivery times may be affected by logistics or customs procedures.
European Union: 5 to 10 business days.
United Kingdom: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the selected method.
United States: 3 to 10 business days, depending on the selected method.
Other international destinations: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and the available method.
The indicated times are estimates and begin counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, the order amount, and the selected shipping method.
For some destinations, we offer free shipping above a minimum purchase amount. If your order meets the conditions, the free shipping option will appear available during the purchase process.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
It may take a few hours for the tracking to update from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation.
Preparation and Shipping Schedule
Our preparation and dispatch schedule is Monday through Friday.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin to be prepared on the next business day.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for correctly entering shipping details when placing the order.
If you detect an error in your address, please write to us as soon as possible at hola@feliclub.com. We will do our best to modify it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has left our warehouse.
Feli Club is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or the absence of the recipient.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, the order may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees, or customs charges according to the regulations of the destination country.
These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise during the purchase process.
Feli Club does not control and cannot predict these charges, as they depend on the customs authorities of each country.
Delays or Incidents
Delivery times may vary due to causes external to Feli Club, such as holidays, periods of high demand, logistics incidents, customs controls, or circumstances beyond the control of the transportation service.
If your order takes longer than expected, please first check the tracking link received by email.
If the tracking does not update for several days or you believe there may be an incident, you can write to us at hola@feliclub.com indicating your order number.
