Shipping and delivery

At Feli Club, we prepare and ship orders from our partner warehouses in Spain and internationally, depending on the destination country.

Once your order is confirmed, we may need up to 24 business hours to prepare it before dispatch. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping zones

We currently ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and selected international destinations.

The available shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

As a general reference:

Mainland Spain: 24/48 hours to 5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days. In the Canary Islands, delivery times may be affected by logistics or customs procedures.

European Union: 5 to 10 business days.

United Kingdom: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

United States: 3 to 10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

Other international destinations: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and the available shipping method.

The delivery times shown are estimates and start from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment the order is placed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, order value and selected shipping method.

For some destinations, we offer free shipping above a minimum order value. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will be available during checkout.

Order tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

Tracking information may take a few hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Order preparation and shipping schedule

Our order preparation and dispatch schedule is Monday to Friday.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will start being prepared on the next business day.

Shipping address

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping details when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@feliclub.com. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has left our warehouse.

Feli Club is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, or by the recipient being unavailable.

Customs, taxes and duties

For international orders outside the European Union, your order may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees or customs charges according to the regulations of the destination country.

These costs, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

Feli Club does not control or predict these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities of each country.

Delays or delivery issues

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside Feli Club’s control, such as public holidays, high-demand periods, logistics issues, customs checks or circumstances beyond the carrier’s control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking link received by email first.

If the tracking has not updated for several days or you believe there may be an issue, contact us at hola@feliclub.comand include your order number.

Packaging

All orders are carefully prepared and packed using recyclable materials whenever possible.
